Outliers — The Giveback Throwdown is upon us and it’s time to form teams! We have been granted two teams for this competition — one Rx and one Scaled. Each team will consist of two males and two females. We have been told standards are forthcoming early next week.
There is no cost to participate, and this would be the perfect competition for anyone who has been thinking of trying a competition for the first time.
We also must provide two volunteer judges, so those spots are up for grabs as well, and would be excellent experience.
All interested parties should sign-up at the front desk or email [email protected]. Everyone will be considered, but priority will be given if you donated to the cause, so be sure to note if you participated!
Additional information we have at this time: A day-of itinerary will be provided to all competitors on Monday, July 28. Also, a meeting for all judges will be held on Friday, August 1 at 6:30pm at CrossFit St. Louis to go over the event on Saturday!
