Do you want to run further faster, all while spending less time pounding the pavement? Maybe looking to run a 5K or even an Ultramarathon? CrossFit Endurance (CFE) might be your answer. Developed by world-renowned Brian McKenzie, it places high emphasis on skill and technique coupled with intense workouts. Currently in its fledgling state at Fringe, the Endurance offshoot will focus on proper running mechanics and drills to reinforce these principle ideas. You will learn about the POSE method of running as well as proper sport nutrition, hydration, and the mental aspect of competing in endurance events.
