While our small group classes are designed to meet the majority of our community’s needs, achieving specific individual goals may require a slightly different path. In order to maximize your training, recovery, and time, the Private Coaching, Personal Training, and Individual Programming options may be the next step to consider in your training.

These program options will begin with a preliminary assessment with our coaches to develop a thorough understanding of your goals and desired achievements.

After a preliminary assessment and training history is collected, your coach will work with you to evaluate your movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and limitations. Your coach will also work with you to prioritize your goals and how they can fit within your current regimen and schedule. This information will lay the groundwork for developing your training program.

Our current programming areas include (but are not limited to):

  • Overall fitness, health, and well-being
  • Strength development for a specific goal such as competition, endurance events (5k/10k/half-marathon) or a Tough Mudder, etc.
  • Muscle gain and fat-loss programs
  • Prenatal/postnatal rehabilitation and fitness
  • Injury prehab/rehab
  • Sport-specific training (football, baseball, basketball, rugby, etc.)
  • Advanced training programs for competitive athletes

Private Coaching

Private coaching is perfect for the athlete who not only wants customization but would like the reassurance of a coach’s presence. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength or technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, Private Coaching leads to faster results.

Private Coaching will include:

  • Private personal training sessions 1-4 days per week
  • A well-defined program tailored to meet your needs and ability
  • Body composition analysis and nutritional coaching if desired
  • Telephone, email, and Skype coaching support as arranged with your coach

Individual Program Design

If you’re an advanced athlete who is comfortable working on your own and are looking to further focus you training and refine your weaknesses, Individual Programming may be the perfect option for you.

Individual programming will include:

  • Custom workout design delivered in weekly increments (includes warm-ups and cool downs) designed around your goals and schedule
  • Video analysis of your workouts
  • Monthly Skype or in-person sessions to analyze performance and make adjustments
  • Body composition analysis and nutritional coaching if desired
  • Unlimited email support/response within 12 hours
