What is CrossFit Elements

Joining CrossFit Fringe is not like joining a traditional “gym.” CrossFit Fringe Elements is our first step into the world of CrossFit, think of it like an on-ramp.

In our Elements classes, we dedicate 9 x 6o minute classes to teaching you the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, as well as additional weightlifting and gymnastics movements. This will help you be prepared to safely and efficiently transition into the regular class WODs. For more information check out our Getting Started page.
