CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone. While you won’t find rows of stationary bikes or weight machines, you will find pull-up bars, barbells, rowers, kettlebells and plenty of wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing — moving your body the way it is supposed to be moved. This means all of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We improve these functional movements so you can be better at whatever life throws your way!

By definition, Crossfit is programming designed to be broad, general and inclusive that will prepare each athlete for life and any physical contingency. It is not a specialized program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power speed, coordination, agility balance and accuracy.
Our methodology and programming are based on the CrossFit programming originally developed by reknowned Coach Greg Glassman after working with many types of athletes in his career — from elite athletes to those entering fitness for the first time. Workouts utilize an ever-changing combination of constantly varied functional movements (running, pulling, squatting, rowing, and more) that are executed at high intensity.

CrossFit workouts are completely scalable in load and intensity to the needs of each athlete, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
