– 5 @ 75%
-3 @ 85%
-ME @ 95%

WOD: 12 Minute AMREP

-Each Partner Must Lunge 250m Carrying 2x 55/35lb Kettlebell’s. This can be broken up in any way but KB’s may not touch the ground until 250m has been reached by each partner.

– Once 250m of Lunges has been completed, use the remaining time to perform as many burpee’s as possible. Note: These are partner burpee’s and must be done together. 1 Burpee between partners= 1 Rep.
