WOD: 3 Rounds For Time
- 400m Run w/ MB (Each Partner is responsible for 200m with MB in hand)
- Farmer Carry (25# Plate in each hand) 50m each Person
- Overhead Lunge w/ MB 50m each Person
- 20 Wall-Balls Each.
-Note: Only one partner works on the task at a time. The other will be holding a plank position.
