12 Days Of Christmas (Time)

For Time, just as the song says. Start with 1-Rep of Clean and Jerk. The next round is 2 Muscle-Ups, then 1 Clean and Jerk. The 3rd Round is 3 Handstand Push-Ups, 2 Muscle Ups, 1 Clean and Jerk. Each round, you gain a movement and rep scheme for that movement. You will climb all the way up to the 12th day of Christmas (12 Front Rack Lunges).

4- Deadlift (185/125)

5- Thrusters (95/75)

6- Toes-2-Bar

7- Burpee’s

8- Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

9- Box Jumpes (24/20)

10- Wall-Balls

11- Shoulder-2-Overhead (95/75)

12-Front Rack Lunges (95/75)

Male Bars: 25’s Inside, 45’s Outside

Female Bars: 2×25’s each Side
