8 Push Press – 155/115 – from floor
10 burpees as fast as possible
12 Unbroken KBS 70/55
When scaling the Push Press make sure you can complete 8 Unbroken but it needs to be TOUGH. Should have to fight for that last rep. This should be HARD and FAST that is why you get a long rest – push it during the intervals.
FLR; 30s; rest 60s x 5 sets
“RX Plus” would be an FLR on rings. If you cannot hold the full 30s record how many seconds you were able to hold.
