Ingredients (all 4!)

1/2 cup banana mashed
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional, chocolate protein powder)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Lightly spray a skillet with non-stick spray and heat on medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan. When you can see bubbles form on the top of the pancake, it’s ready to flip! Be patient, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  4. Top with fresh fruit, almond butter, or your other healthy favorite toppings! Toss any extra pancakes in the fridge or freezer for another day.
