A: Bring Sally Up! (No Measure)

Moby’s “Flower” gives us a great opportunity to get some reps in! Each “Up” the athlete will go into their Up position, and each “Down” the athlete will return to the bottom position. This can work with Squats, Push-Ups or variations of both.
