You’ve just completed the CrossFit Open. Whether it was your first or fourth, most people find themselves at the end of the Open wondering, “what’s next? What should my next goal be? What should my training look like?” CrossFit training programs utilize nutrition, gymnastics, strength and conditioning, endurance training, and various other elements to create an intentional approach to periodization and growth, but how do you know where to begin to start actively defining and working toward your goals?
Let us help! Join us for our brand new Goal Setting Workshop, this Saturday April 5, at 8:00am. The curriculum for this workshop is designed to show you how CrossFit and the greater community can help you find and reach your goals. These goals can be directly related to CrossFit, such as competition training; or more wellness-oriented such as weight loss and overall strength gains. We want to make sure you start off on the right foot towards all of your post-Open health and fitness goals!
The class will be capped for attendance to 12 participants.
