In the fight against cancer, silence is the last thing we need. CrossFit Fringe has been invited to participate in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life event on Friday/Saturday May 30-31st. We will join our community in honoring cancer survivors and raising money to help end cancer. And we will definitely bring noise to the fight!
We will not only be participating in the relay at this year’s event, but will lead participants through a CrossFit WOD at our own booth!
The entire Relay for Life event will happen from Friday at 6 PM to 6 AM on Saturday at the Columbia Mall (2300 Bernadette Drive). Our WOD starts Friday at 10:15 PM. We will be setting up at our designated location at 9:45 PM. If you’d like to volunteer to join us, sign up at the front desk!
