Helping keep fun & fitness together!

Keeping your kids active and healthy just got easier than ever before.

Let’s transition into the weekend with everyone getting some much deserved “me” time!

It’s been a year, hasn’t it? With COVID numbers down, vaccines up, and life finding traction again we want to offer an opportunity to all families for much-deserved self-time! During our monthly Lock-Ins, kids get to play, try new games or crafts, or just enjoy getting a little exercise before sitting down with a meal and movie. While they are having fun, parents get time for relaxation or a date night without worrying about childcare or lack of activity. It’s a win-win for everyone!Kids ages 6-15 years oldThe First Friday of May, June, July, and August from 6:30pm-9:30pm.Each month we’ll have a different theme, activites planned, and fun & fitness! We’re talking Harry Potter night, comic-book night, arts & crafts night, and more!
