This is our final cycle of “Strength” emphasis for our Specialty Class. Next Week we will be starting our Handstand/Midline Progressions!

A: Back Squat (5-5-5 (40,50,60%))

B: Deadlift (5 @ 50%)

C: Bench Press (5-5-5 (40,40,60%))

D1: Weighted Pull-ups (12-12)

D2: Tricep Extension (12-12)

E1: Good Mornings (12-12)

E2: Weighted Step-ups (12-12)
