Death By Body Weight Deadlifts
-1 Deadlift the first minute, 2 in the second minute and so on until the perscribed reps cannot be completed.
-5 Minutes Rest
Ring Dips (3 Minutes)
Hand Release Push-Up (3 Minutes)
Push Up position. Drop chest to the ground, remove hands from the ground, replace hands and press to a locked out position.
