Easy 30-min Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Chili – This Buffalo chicken chili is a macro-friendly twist on a classic chili that is warm, hearty, with just a little kick of spice. Packed with protein, it's a fast and easy recipe that can be made in Instant Pot or Slow Cooker, or frozen for later! – For the Chili: Chicken Breast, diced, Low-fat Cream Cheese ((Non-fat is also an option)), Celery, chopped, Northern White Beans, Black Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Whole Kernel Corn, Green Onions, chopped, Chicken Broth, Buffalo Sauce ((Franks Buffalo Sauce is Magical here!)), Garlic Powder, Celery Salt, Parsley, Garnishes: Sliced Green Onions, Lowfat Greek Yogurt, Bleu Cheese Crumbles, , Add all ingredients into your Instant pot, in any order.; Seal the lid.; Set to manual pressure, allow to cook for 20 mins; Allow to naturally release for fullest flavor. If you're in a hurry, quick-release and be on your way!
