Friday Night Lights is returning to CrossFit Fringe on May 9th with a special send-off edition for our departing athletes!
The details:
What to bring: $5
What is your $5 for?: FOOD we are getting food to fill your bellies.
Immediately after this edition of FNL, we will have food and a celebration for the members of The Outlier who are graduating and those who are moving from our wonderful community!
Divisions:
If you are: Over 21 years of age and enjoy adult beverages.
Standards:
- Like adult beverages.
- Ability to traverse 400 meters
- Be able to move 115/75 pounds above head
- Curls for girls/bi’s for the Guys
If you are: Under 21 or dislike for Adult beverages.
Standards:
- Ability to traverse 400 meters.
- Be able to move 115/75 pounds above head
- Be able to do curls for the girls/bi’s for the guys
- Drink a juice box
The male and female winner of the adult division will be fighting for the opportunity to take home the Championship Belt for a whole month!
