Friday Night Lights Returns!

It’s back! Friday Night Lights returns for a Saturday Edition, February 15th at 1:00 pm with Heats starting at 1:15 pm sharp at CrossFit Fringe. After a long holiday break and an amazing turnout for OgarSTRONG, we are excited to serve up another great afternoon of in-house competition for a great cause.

This edition of Friday Night Lights will help raise funds for the canned food structure being assembled by Caroline Leemis Design for the annual Mid-Missouri Construction Event benefitting the Food Bank of Central and Northeast Missouri. Our donations will help purchase canned food for the structure. Additionally, if our members would like additional ways to participate, we have the opportunity to volunteer for Build Day on Saturday, March 8, when the structure will be constructed at the Truman Building in Jeff City.

This month every Outlier Athlete can come join the fun regardless of their skill! Come help our Crossfit Fringe community give a LEG up through your participation in this individual competition. The WOD will be announced at the event.

Participation will be $5 per person! Details of the WOD coming on Monday!
