Jungle Run, Rowing Technique, and Partner WOD!

We are proud to say that we will be participating in the Sarah Silverman Memorial WOD this Saturday for all classes! A great chance to remember an amazing athlete and person to the CrossFit community.

A: Jungle Run (No Measure)

The gym floor is now a Nascar Oval track. The class will perform running drills while circling the room in a single file line at the cues of the coach. This can range from jogging, side shuffle, bear crawl, or any other agility and running drills.

B: Metcon (Time)

Partner Row To Hell and Back!

In a pair, each partner aims to complete 50-40-30-20-10-20-30-40-50 Calorie’s on the Rower. One partner rests while the other Rows.
