Who’s planning on attending Battle for Courage at CrossFit TNT this weekend?

A: Front Squat (20-10-10)

From the Floor. Goal is same weight for 20-10-10 but athlete chooses the weight. Once you finish 20, that is your set.

B1: Bent Over Row (6-6-6)

B2: Hollow Rocks (12-12-12)

Lying on the floor, shoulders and legs are brought off the ground by contracting midline. Hands over head creating an anteriorly bowed position.

B3: Superman’s (12-12-12)

Lying on the stomach with hands in the over head position, contract posterior muscles lifting trunk and legs off of the ground.
