Race day is almost here! We are very excited to be part of such a huge event and have the opportunity to introduce peopple CrossFit! Here are some details regarding the event:
The race will take place at Peace Park in Downtown Columbia. It begins Saturday morning at 7:30am, October 12th and will run until 10:00am. Prior to the race, there will be a Kids Dash, side booths with activities, and of course the CrossFit Fringe Obstacle Course, which will be set up near Elm and 6th Street. The obstacle course will have scales for kids and adults with quite a few fun challenges such as over-and-under boxes, weight relays, tire flips, and feats of strength! We will record the times of all who give it a go. Why record the best times? Not only is that how CrossFit always does it, but at the end of the day we will announce those individuals to receive their prizes:
Top adult (18+) time both male and female: FREE On-Ramp at CrossFit Fringe.
Top Kids Time (18 and Under): A FREE 1-month membership to CrossFit Kids. Beginning in 2014, CrossFit Fringe is proud to announce that we will be offering CrossFit Kids classes at the Outlier! This is an exciting addition to our facility and we are thrilled to be able to offer it to the community!
