Monsters of Missouri Powerlifting Meet
We have an exciting event coming to CrossFit Fringe on May 24th at 9AM! Eli Burks has put together a 3-lift powerlifting event to benefit The Muscular Dystrophy Association. The Monsters of Missouri Powerlifting Meet will feature the traditional squat, bench press, and deadlift — which we know is sure to get some of you excited!
The cost to enter is $30 (final day to register is May 10th).
So come out and get some PRs for a good cause!
