A: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
12 x 3 Minute Window (1 Partner Works for 3 minutes while the other rests).
In those 3 minutes, the athlete must attain 40/30 calories on the rower. If their is remaining time, the athlete will do AMREp Burpee’s for a score.
Each Partner will perform 6 3-Minute Windows.
