100 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)
75 Med-Ball Sit Ups (20/14)
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
25 Front Squats (185/115)
50 Wall-Balls
75 Med-Ball Sit Ups
100 Kettlebell Swings
Front Squat must be cleaned from the ground.
Med-Ball Sit Ups must be passed between partners.
All other movements can be divided however the team decides.
