CrossFit Fringe is excited to announce our CrossFit coaching crew will be hosting a Teen Intro/Prep Day!

About the Camp

The goal of our day is to forge broad, general, and inclusive fitness knowledge all while our athletes (ages 12-17) learn new skills and have a great time.

This one day camp will take place on July 28th from 9 am-12:30 pm.

What We’ll Cover

During this half-day course, we will focus on building CrossFit skills such as weight training, gymnastics, and running, in addition to learning full ranges of motion for many sports, mobility, and a healthy diet. Attendees will enjoy lessons that are designed to keep them moving, engaged through activities such as Olympic games simulations, making healthy snacks, and ways to turn every workout into a fun experience instead of a chore!

We hope by the end of the day, our CrossFit Fringe teens will discover, or enhance, a love of fitness and wellness while simultaneously growing their abilities to work collaboratively with other athletes and coaches.

All activities are executed under the guidance of a CrossFit Kids certified coach and a full support staff.

Sample Day at Camp

9:00-9:20 am Arrival / Icebreaker / Yoga   
(May include name game, RomWod)
9:20-9:30 am Game
(Example: 3 Man Monkey Roll, or other easy game)
9:30-10:00 am Weights / Gymnastics / Skill
(Example: Med-ball cleans / Skin-the-cats / Ladder Drills)
10:00-10:30 am WOD 1
(Includes: Prep, whiteboard, skill, heats)  
10:30-10:45 am Snack / Nutrition / Guest Speaker
(Example: Smoothie King / Water vs. Gatorade / Brooke’s Road to the Games)
10:45-11:15 am Large Group Activity
(Example: Scavenger Hunt/water games)
11:15-11:30 am Stretch / Open Gym/ Game
(Example: ROMWOD / Dodgeball / Open Gym)
11:30 am-12:00 pm WOD 2
(Partner / Team WOD)
12:00-12:30pm   Guest Speaker / Closing Activities
(Sponsor speaks about nutrition / Discuss CrossFit Teens Classes/ Capture the Flag)


Cost for attendance is $30 for the day only or $50 for the camp plus a CrossFit Fringe T-shirt. Payment id due during or before sign-in on July 28.
