WOD: “Death By Burpee Pull-Ups”
At the start of the clock (the first minute) you will perform 1 Burpee Pull-Up. The pull-up must be done with a fully locked arm prior to pulling your chin over the plane of the bar. On the second minute, perform 2 burpee pull-ups. Continue to add 1-rep each minute until the number of reps cannot be executed in that minute.
