Part 1:
EMOM for 5 Minutes: 2 Hang Cleans at 70%
Part 2: 30 Minutes to Establish a 1-Rep Max Back Squat
-Take your time building up to near maximal weight. Once 80-90% is reached, start taking 2 minutes between set’s. Before your max attempt, perform a “Walk Out” of the rig with 5-10% over your maximal attempt. Rest 2 minutes, and go after your weight!
1st 1-rep max back squat – 145lbs
Old back squat PR on Fay St= 405lbs.
New back squat PR @ Fringe = 415lbs with room for improvement with some technique tweaking.
