Non-HOA Seekers:

Strength:

Back Squat 1X6@70%, 1X6@80%, 1X3@90%, 1X2@95% – rest 2 minutes (or more if necessary).

Front squat: 1X5 @ 70%, 1X4@80%, 1X3@85%, 1X3@90% – rest 2 minutes (or more if necessary).

WOD: For Completion

7x100m Prowler Push (3:1 Rest)

HOA Competitors

Strength:

Back Squat: 2×5 @ 65% , 1×3 @ 75% (Between set’s during rest, accomplish 15 Wall-Walks. Up to you how many at a time, but must be completed before strength is over)

WOD: 7x 200m Run’s @ 80% (Rest 3:1)
