 I needed to get fit and took a free class and really enjoy the stress reduction, mental focus it requires and the physical challenge…. (Doug Calhoun rowed a 1:36 500m row yesterday for a PR. 3 Months into CrossFit)

Strength:

1a) 5X2 Snatch First Pull (top of knee) – heavier then last week, rest 60 sec.
