Sport Performance Coach, Head Nutritionist
Kayln "Stich" Sticher is a seasoned Athletic Performance Coach and Sports Nutritionist with over a decade of experience in the collegiate setting. She has made significant contributions to some of the nation’s top athletic programs, having worked with Northern Arizona University, University of Missouri, Baylor University, Texas A&M University, and the University of Louisiana.
Throughout her career, Kayln has showcased her versatile expertise across a wide array of sports, including football, basketball, track and field, baseball, tennis, gymnastics, and swimming. Her extensive experience with diverse sports teams reflects her adaptable coaching style and comprehensive understanding of athletic performance, sports science, and nutrition.
Kayln's passion for sports began during her own collegiate basketball career. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Educational School and Counseling Psychology. Demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, she is presently completing her second Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics.
In addition to her pivotal roles within college athletics, Kayln is the Founder of FUEL Performance Nutrition. Through this venture, she provides nutrition education, guidance, and customizable solutions that cater to individuals of all ages and lifestyles, enhancing their health, performance, and life.
Originally from Colorado, Kayln currently resides in Columbia, Missouri, where she lives with her fiancé. Her dedication to empowering athletes and individuals not only to achieve their peak performance but also to live their best lives continues to be the driving force behind her impactful work.
