CrossFit Fringe’s first session of On-Ramp will begin July 8 at 7PM (due to the 4th of July holiday).
Our On-Ramp Program is the essential first step to starting any CrossFit workout program. We learn the essential movements and acclimate you to the style and intensity of CrossFit workouts — which is why it is important to know how to do the movements safely and correctly.
Be sure to bring water and wear comfortable athletic clothing. We look forward to seeing you there!
