3-Ingredient Easy Cottage Cheese Protein Ranch Dip

This TikTok trend is deliciously worth the hype!

If you’re on TikTok, you’ve probably seen the 3-ingredient cottage cheese ranch dip all over your For You Page. This simple dip is made with just cottage cheese, ranch dressing mix, and pickle juice, and it’s quickly become a favorite among health-conscious snackers.

This dip originally came from former Fringie Savannah, who is loving eating healthy in her new home down in Springfield, MO. We miss you Sav!

Why is this dip so popular? Well, for one thing, it’s incredibly easy to make. All you need to do is combine the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. That’s it!

Another reason this dip is so popular is because it’s a great source of protein. A 1/2 cup serving of this dip contains about 14 grams of protein, which is more than you’ll find in most store-bought dips.

This dip is sure to motivate you to get those daily veggie portions in. The creamy cottage cheese and tangy ranch dressing mix are a perfect match for any vegetable, and the pickle juice adds a bit of extra flavor. Serve this dip with your favorite vegetables, such as carrots, celery, cucumbers, or bell peppers.

If you’re looking for a healthy and delicious dip to serve with your favorite vegetables or crackers, this 3-ingredient cottage cheese ranch dip is the perfect option!
