A: Junkyard Dog (No Measure)

With a partner, one will be seated with arms out.

The partner standing will jump over arms and legs of their partner one after the other and then return. This will be done 5 rounds then switch.

Following the Jump Overs, the partner who started on the ground will assume a bottom push-up position. The other partner will jump over them. Once over, the lying partner will raise into an arched plank position for their partner to crawl under. This will be done for 5 rounds then switch.
