The third workout for the 2015 CrossFit Open is here! CrossFit athletes worldwide will now have the chance to compete to show their fitness in CrossFit Open WOD 15.3. We are so excited to be your home for this Open, whether you are a veteran or this if your very first time! Remember to breathe, and most of all have fun! Remember these 7 useful principles for training through the Open, and enjoy the process of preparing, competing, and most of all recovering afterward.
Because we like to make life easy for you where possible, each week we will aggregate the top resources from the web to prepare for the workouts once they are announced. While there is no way to aggregate all the great info, we will try to pool the best resources for you we can!
Each week you will see a post like this released with the 2015 Open workout announcement. It will include a YouTube Playlist from our CrossFit Fringe YouTube channel (have you subscribed yet?), as well as links to resources we’ve found elsewhere!
