The best part of working with Jayme as a coach is that she not only surprises herself nearly every class, but she loves being a part of the community and supporting others is just as important to her as achieving her own aims. She and Sadie typically pull double duty on Tuesdays, doing the class WOD at 6pm and then sticking around for skill work or another WOD during ladies night. She’s not afraid of weaknesses. She pushes constantly, and we see her becoming more confident around the gym every week. Therefore, we’re excited to award her CrossFitter of the Month for December! Congratulations Jayme!
How long have you been attending CrossFit Fringe, and what brought you here?
I started attending Crossfit Fringe in February 2014. I had tried a free class at Fringe a few months prior to signing up for On Ramp and really enjoyed it. I was looking for something to take my workouts to the next level and was bored of going to the regular gym. I finally decided to sign up for On Ramp after a little push from Coach Nate.
