JumpNRope is returning to CrossFit Fringe!
We are excited and honored to again host JumpNRope, with Molly Metz, 5-time World Jump Rope Champion and CrossFit Competitor, and her amazingly talented team to CrossFit Fringe on Friday, June 13 from 6-8PM.
Molly will be conducting a comprehensive seminar covering foundations/mechanics, rope and body awareness, efficiency, and speed training. Her seminars also always bring tons of one-on-one attention and plenty of cool tricks!
