A: Hang Power Snatch + OH Squat (5×3+2)

B1: Straight Leg Deadlift (5-5-5-5)

B2: Single Arm Dumbell Press (4×10-12)

KB Can Be Used

B3: Ring Rows (3xME (Horizontal as Possible))

Once B1-B3 is completed, rest 2 Minutes before next set.
