A2: Deadlift (EMOM x 6 Min (1 Rep at A1 Weight))

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Team of 3 WOD!

1. Prowler Push

2. Air Squats

3. Rest

1st Person will Prowler Push down and back. Once they return, Partner 2 will Prowler Push while 1st Partner Does Air Squats. Once the Prowler is Returned, that partner will take over Air Squats and the 3rd partner will Prowler Push (Partner 1 Rests).
