Strength:
Back Squat: 1X8@65%, 70%, 75%, 80%
Front Squat: 1X5@60%, 1X5@65%, 2X5@70% – rest 60 sec
Partner Endurance:
-With a partner, you will alternate between rowing for calories and running 400m. Each 400m run counts as 25 calories. This is an AMRep in 30 Minutes. If you have a group of 3, you will run twice and row once rotating through.
