It’s Back! Friday Night Lights returns November 22nd at 7pm at CrossFit Fringe! We had nearly 80 athletes come to our last event and we want to keep that energy and momentum going for our next event! To add a little twist to our next FNL event, we are bringing the category under YOUR control. Below is a list of potential WOD groups for our event and we want you to tell us what you want! Comment below or send an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know what group you would like to see under the Friday Night Lights!
Potential WOD Groups:
1. 2 person team competition (has to be 1 guy 1 girl)
2. 30+ age group night
3. Heavy Hitters (Heavy Load WOD or WOD’s)
4. Student Night (Currently enrolled in school)
5. Spouse Night (Bring your significant other
We will announce the category of competition Monday, November 18th as well as start the sign-ups for FNL. Looking forward to your votes and we can’t wait for November 22nd!
