Strength:

Back Squat  7X5 @ 75% – rest at least 2 minutes

WOD:

12 Minutes to Establish 1-Rep Max Power Clean
-2 Minutes to Reset to 70%

Then, Death by Power Clean/Pull-Up
-The first minute, perform 1 power clean and 1 strict pull-up. The second minute, 2 of both. This continues until you cannot perform the number of reps needed for that round.
