1 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
2 - Fill one silicone mold with scrambled eggs (1.5 eggs per mold).
3 - Fill another mold with 2.5 oz turkey sausage, shaped to fit and seasoned to preference .
4 - Bake: Sausage for 15 minutes, after the first 5 minutes add in the mold of eggs and continue to bake for another 10 mins
5 - Toast English muffin (optional).
6 - Assemble the sandwich: Add the cooked egg, sausage, and a slice of cheese (if desired).
7 - Eat immediately, keep in the fridge up to 5 days, or freeze for later!
•To reheat from the fridge, microwave for 60-70 seconds.
•To reheat from frozen, microwave for 2 minutes and 30s.
